Located in one of the highest residential area of K.L., the apartment displays a transformation and décor dictated by the modern lifestyle of the two young bachelor brothers, owners of the flat. Simple yet significant variations of the existing configuration have created a more fluid, versatile ambience. Dining-living areas have been extended embracing part of the kitchen, creating one wider open space. The new layout, shaping spatial continuity, emphasizes flexibility of programs and configures different functional entertainments for residents and guests. The ambience, heart of the home, although extremely dynamic embodies comfort and distinctive elegance. Dark accents of Italian branded furniture make a statement, breaking the overall neutral, light champagne palette of the plaster walls and marble flooring.
